Crossfire - how do I update contact lists?

Use Filezilla to upload the updated files to the webserver.

NOTES:

a)   Excel Spreadsheet (xls) files need to be uploaded to this folder:  /downloads/file/xls/

b)  Make sure the files are named EXACTLY as follows (all lowercase):
      -  Contact List:   contactlist.xls
      -  Birthday List:   birthdaylist.xls
      -  Sunday Duty List:   sundaydutylist.xls
